Tuff Tots is a space where kids can challenge themselves. A professionally monitored exciting concept that builds kids’ confidence, core strength, coordination, posture, and flexibility. Fitness programs that above all are fun. Our programs have been specifically designed by top personal instructors to give kids “the edge” in sports and for those just looking for fun fitness. 

Our Tuff Tots training plan focuses on children and youth development. Youth training focuses on balance, coordination, proprioception, and core. The key elements to the mind and body relationship are best developed in a human’s formative years. We introduce a variety of training forms such as youth strength, boxingtaekwondo, and dance. Kids-specific training is aimed at developing those motor skills in a fun and enjoyable method that will become ingrained and equip them for the future. There are specialized equipment and workouts aimed at developing your child!
